Our global responsibility.

As Collective Members, we are still growing as deeper leaders ourselves. Working globally, but based in some of the richest nations in the world, we recognise we are incredibly privileged, and that our countries' wealth has, at least in part, been built on practices that have exploited our fellow human beings and harmed the global environment that we share. We are acutely aware of the global responsibility each of us has, as individuals and organisations, to help create a kinder, fairer and more sustainable world.

We're still growing in awareness of how our everyday choices and our use of the resources we take for granted adversely impact others and our global environment. So we are not setting ourselves up as paragons of virtue. But, if you ask us to work with you, we will lovingly challenge you, as we challenge ourselves, to consider how your leaders and your organisation can actively give back, to redress the inequality and imbalance. Only by doing this can we hope to put an end to the unfairness and environmental exhaustion that we see around us and not pass on a terrible legacy to future generations.

The Deeper Leaders' Pledge
 

For this reason, in addition to the support and challenge we offer our clients, we pledge as members of the Deeper Leaders Collective to:

​

1. Continually seek ways in which we as individuals can contribute to a kinder, fairer and more sustainable world.

​

2. To give at least a tenth of the profits we make as a Collective to a cause that helps achieve the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The logos below represent the organisations that we have individually nominated to receive our tenth. Click on each logo to find out what they do.

3. To give at least a 10% discount on our normal rates to any client organisation that is contributing directly to achieving the 2030 SDGs.
